DISPUTE NOT SOLVED FOR MONTHS

A few months ago I traded on thinkbitcoin platform. The buyer marked paid. A dispute then began. Buyer provided a fake screenshot and they resolved to him despite my attached statements. From there I requested an appeal. That was two months ago. They froze the buyers wallet. And said they are working resolve this. The admin has not responded since and seem to be ignoring any new messages.
