What's you fav stablecoin and why: USDC or USDT?

I saw today that USDC added Solana as blockchain number 4 after Ethereum, Algogrand and Stellar. That resulted in a big jump in market cap (+53M USD) literally overnight.
I'm still uncertain though: between USDC and USDT which one offers the best ROI?

ROI on stablecoins? Do you mean through lending protocols in DeFi? Because otherwise, I don't see much difference. They are both centralized but USDC is sort of regulated by EU authorities.
