This unique role suits entrepreneurial spirits eager to leverage product expertise and industry connections to shape Web3's future. It's ideal for ambitious tech self-starters wanting to impact Web3 by solving problems with software solutions. As a partner, you'll launch, grow, and scale the Holdex business model within your network. In other words, you will be constantly pushing the boundaries.

You will turn innovative ideas into groundbreaking Web3 ventures by leading Holdex's partnership with the founders of new initiatives, serving as the technical visionary behind the product and guiding the product team from inception to market launch.

This role demands versatile skills and cross-functional experience in launching digital products. It's challenging but rewarding, offering the opportunity to shape the industry and transform global transactions.

We’re looking for:

• Entrepreneurial Developers and Product Managers with a passion for innovation and deep expertise in modern software development focused on Web3 applications like DeFi.
• Aspiring leaders & Community Builders who drive to foster meaningful and strong connections to accelerate Holdex's growth. You can break down complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and work seamlessly with the business co-founder to ensure alignment between product vision and market viability.

• Startup builders who embrace a dynamic environment and easily navigate uncertainty and pressure. As a self-starter, you have a sense of extreme ownership and responsibility, wear various hats, and accomplish tasks effectively. When stepping into the unknown, you should embrace new challenges and feel comfortable.

We review new partnerships on a case-by-case basis, as quality is much more important than quantity, in other words, we want fewer but better partnerships, deeper connections, and more substantial impact with meaningful results.
