Partner
Co-lead product initiatives with founding teams and own the engagement end-to-end.Every initiative Holdex takes on has a Partner behind it — someone who owns the founding team relationship, leads the product, and is accountable for what gets shipped and signed. Vadim, Mark, and a small group who bring their own judgment, network, and product depth to each engagement.
We're looking for someone to join on the same terms.
What you'll own
- The relationship — you are the founding team's primary point of contact at Holdex. You set the working rhythm, manage expectations, and are accountable for whether the engagement goes well.
- The product — technical vision, roadmap decisions, and quality. You are the product owner: scope, priorities, tradeoffs.
- The team — you set direction, manage pace, and own delivery quality. Holdex assigns developers to your initiative; if the fit isn't working after you've worked together, that's a conversation to have.
Compensation
Commission is non-negotiable — it's how Partners earn and how the model stays aligned with outcomes. Terms depend on how the engagement originates and the scope of work; we'll go through specifics in conversation. A base salary may also be on the table.
We take on new Partners case by case. Fewer, better, deeper — one right person is worth more than many adequate ones.
Who this is for
The common thread is owning outcomes end-to-end: product decisions, the relationship, and commercial results. That can come from shipping software inside or alongside founding teams, leading a professional services engagement, or managing complex accounts. Product competence is non-negotiable either way — you need to be able to talk product with a technical founder and mean it.
Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, fintech, or AI is useful — the founders you'd work with are building in that space and will take you more seriously if you understand their world. But product depth and ownership mentality matter more than credentials.
If you want a salaried product role with a defined brief, this isn't it. If you want to build your own book of work inside a model that's already proven, it might be.
