TLO-BNB market pair added on C-PatEx

After support for Binance Smart Chain and BEP20 tokens was added to C-PatEx, one of the new pairs that they added was TLO-BNB.
Adding BNB pairing for TLO helps us to manage funding for deployment of TLO-BSC bridge as people can exchange their TLO for BNB directly without moving funds to another exchange.
C-PatEx also added support for exchanging multi-chain tokens between blockchains inside the exchange.
If BNB market pairs get enough trading volume, next step is to add support for Tron and TRC20 tokens.
