Wrapped Talleo Token added for voting on CPX Classic

We have added wTLO for voting on CPX Classic (formerly known as C-PatEx). They already have several pairs for TLO, which means converting between the coin and token can be done inside the exchange eliminating the need for using another cryptocurrency as liquidity.
