How is DMM different from other similar projects?

Hi there!
I'm new to DeFi and trying to make sense of all the different business cases that DeFi projects out there are trying to innovate.
I skimmed through your White Paper but I'm not quite grasping the difference between DMM and other similar projects that bring on-chain real-world assets. Btw I think in general EVERY project should start using comparison tables or a similar way to show they are different from each other...
I hope the team will come around soon and share their thoughts and plans here!
