Seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to own company administration, protect CEO focus, and ensure strategic alignment in a fast-paced tech environment.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to handle day-to-day logistics, communications, and administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency. In this role, you will:

  • Own the Schedule – Manage calendars, book travel, coordinate meetings; structure CEO’s time for creative, sales, and partnership work while shielding from ops and admin.
  • Streamline Communication – Draft emails, filter requests, prepare briefs; represent CEO in delegated interactions with full authority.
  • Execute with Precision – Handle company admin: payroll, vendor payments, documents, accounting, auditors, filings; research, expenses, events, ad-hoc tasks; monitor goals to align marketing & sales; support talent scouting, onboarding, shortlisting, database; track goals to align marketing & sales.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who loves structure, hates inefficiency, and wants to be the operational engine behind a driven leader. You’ll anticipate, organize, and execute—quietly making things work better, faster, and smarter.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, becoming an extension of their workflow and a key enabler of focus and momentum.

  • Masters of Logistics – Expert with Google Workspace, GitHub, Telegram, and Grok (or other AI tools). You live in the details and deliver flawless execution.
  • Clear Communicators – You write concisely, speak professionally, and know when to push back or escalate. Discretion is non-negotiable.
  • Self-Starters with Extreme Ownership – You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, you fix it. You follow through until it’s done right.
